Final Week of the Trunk Show

Well, we’re in the FINAL WEEK OF THE BEAD EXPRESS TRUNK SHOW!!  Seems like I just got it hung and it’s almost time to take it down.  If you haven’t been in to see this fabulous variety of beads and findings, I urge you to stop in.  As of next Wednesday, June 6th, it will be all gone!  Look for my ad in this week’s What’s Happening section of the KJ/Morning Sentinel.  Bring the ad in and get a free surprise.

This week’s classes:
Jewel of India on Thursday night is full.  If you would like to take this class next quarter, call and place your name on a waiting list for first dibs.  It’s wonderful summer bracelet fun!!

Odin is back with one of her most popular design. The gradient pendant is one of the easier Japanese Weaving projects and one of the prettiest and most interesting, too. This is a wonderful piece to begin your journey into the art of Japanese Weaving. Choose dark to light shades of the same color to achieve the gradient effect or make it a rainbow of colors. Either way, it's beautiful, easy, interesting and will create interest where ever you wear it. It also makes a great zipper pull or cell phone/purse ornament. Skill Level: Novice (some hand weaving experience is recommended).  Tuition: $25.00, with: ODIN

Stop in often.  New items arrive.  The stock moves around.  You just might see something you never noticed before!  See you soon and,
Happy Beading,

Hi All,
Bummer about the rain.  We need it though.  Just think of all the trees and shrubs that will be bursting forth very soon.  The good news we can stay in and bead to our hearts content!  If you can’t be outdoors among the butterflies and flowers, you can create your own.  Starting with:

Dainty, delicate and light as a breeze, this lovely little bracelet is sure to be one of your most favorite pieces. Everyone who sees it will want one too. But that's ok. Another of Lori Holt’s most popular designs (and a fabulously easy and elegant gift) is the Crystal Scallop Bracelet. Back by popular demand this dainty and delicate design, has become a favorite of many who have taken the class. It's a variation on right angle weave, done in crystals and pearls with seed bead embellishments. You can keep it monochromatic or mix up the colors for a truly unique piece. You'll find it works up quickly so you'll be able to make a few for the special gals on your gift list. (You'll want to keep a couple for yourself though). This piece appeals to the younger set as well as us young at heart gals. Come see it in person to really appreciate it's beauty. SKILL LEVEL: NOVICE (Some hand weaving experience recommended).  Tuition $35.00, taught by Linda
